(2) When it is difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as fire, power outage or natural disaster.
(3) When the duties of a Class I telecommunications carrier are not provided.
(4) In any other cases where the Company deems it necessary to suspend or stop the Service for operational or technical reasons, or where the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension or cessation of the provision of this service, regardless of the reason.
Article 5 (Handling of Links)
In the event that the Love Stone Official Online Shop provides links to other sites, or third parties provide links to other sites, the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for those sites other than the Love Stone Official Online Shop.
In this case, we are not responsible for the contents, advertisements, products, services, etc. encompassed in and available on such sites.

In the event that a user violates these Terms of Use or causes damage to the Company due to a fraudulent or illegal act, the Company shall be entitled to claim reasonable compensation for damages from the user.

Article 9 (Governing Law)
The laws of the United States of America shall govern the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement.
Article 10 (Consensual jurisdiction)
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms of Use, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Company shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
