★ By implementing these numbers, we are able to avoid “imitations and counterfeits,” “online reselling,” and other concerns and issues present in the brand-name natural stone industry. ※Products for which an LS serial number tag has been added will include the text “This is a product that is managed using an LS serial number.”

★ All of our company’s products have specified shades and grades and use stones that meet our company’s standards.

★ As a general rule, we do not accept requests to change sizes after an order is placed. Please be sure to use a measure or other device to properly measure the size before placing an order.

★ Depending on the size of the bracelet, the number of natural stones may vary slightly, but there is no change in the price. We kindly ask for your understanding that the number of natural stones may not be symmetrical on the left and the right depending on the size.

★ Love Stone products such as our keyword or story is the view of the world of the inspiration from the original designer that has received various ancient lore and knowledge through education or experience. Please note that the effect can differ from each person and is not guaranteed.

★ Some of the product of the stone we use are for designs and may have special coloring as well. (The Crazy lace agate used in these products have been dyed special color)

★ Since natural stones are used, there may be natural scratches or fluids and small crystals called inclusions. However, these aspects are not considered to be defects.

★ The stones in our company’s products may be changed without notice to an extent that does not make the design inferior depending on the status of collection and inventory of stones at the time.

★ We wash all natural stones at our studio once, there may be rare instances in which the black soot that is unique to natural stones gets on your clothing or skin when worn.

★ Please store this product in a location where your child cannot be reached. (to avoid from swallowing and choking)
