Return Policy

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.

Please check for any damage as soon as you receive the product.

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, stained, or incorrect, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 10 days of receiving the product.  We will return or exchange the item immediately. (In this case, we will pay the shipping cost.)

If the delivered item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the amount you paid after you return the item to us.

Please note that we will not be able to respond to the following cases when returning or exchanging products.

          *If more than 10 days have passed since the product arrived.

          *If the product is returned directly to us without contacting us.

          *In case of order cancellation due to customer’s reason after shipment.

Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Items must be unworn. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.
